The brief
The brief was to create a destination inside ComplexCon 2025: a space that felt less like a booth and more like a club you had to find.
Guests found the entrance in a bright white storefront on the show floor: a vending machine marked ザ・クラブラウンジ, "The Club Lounge", that swung open as a door. Behind it, a dark curved passage lit only by the edge of the ceiling led into the lounge.
Inside, concrete-textured walls curved around navy upholstered benches, block tables set with white orchids, and velvet curtains under a glowing backlit ceiling. A curved navy sushi bar with velvet stools anchored one room, and a Sushi Club merchandise shop sat on a raised plinth in another.
How we built it
Innovate 3D developed the concept and carried it through fabrication and final installation.
In-house work included carpentry, finishing, structural builds, display elements, upholstery, millwork, and the booth installation.

The door
There was no sign outside. Guests found a vending machine in a white storefront on the show floor, and discovered it opened.

The passage
Behind the door, a dark curved corridor lit only by the edge of the ceiling left the noise of the show floor behind.

Concrete-textured walls, navy upholstery, white orchids, and a glowing ceiling: a quiet room in the middle of ComplexCon.

A curved navy sushi bar with velvet stools gave the lounge its centerpiece, under a ring of light.
