What the project form collects
- Your name, email, and optionally your company and phone number.
- Project details: type, location, date, approximate size, working budget, what you already have, and your notes.
- An optional source file, such as drawings or renderings.
- Your consent choices. Marketing updates are optional and off unless you tick the box.

How we use it
To review your project, reply to you, prepare a proposal, and manage the work if we go ahead. We don't sell your information.

Files you upload
Uploaded files are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. They are held in quarantine until they pass a security check before anyone opens them.

Cookies and site data
- Two first-party cookies remember how you first and most recently arrived (the landing page, the referring site, and any campaign tags) for up to 90 days.
- A short list of pages you viewed in the current visit is kept in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
- If you start the project form and leave, your unsent answers are saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. They're deleted when you submit or choose to start fresh, and they never leave your device until you send the brief.
- This information is only saved with your brief if you submit the form, so we know which content and campaigns help people find us.

What we don't do
- No third-party advertising or analytics tags run on this site.
- Fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to font or image services.
- We don't store raw IP addresses or full browser identifiers. A daily-rotating, one-way code helps us block repeated spam submissions.

How long we keep it
Our policy is to delete inquiries that do not become projects, including their uploaded files, 12 months after our last contact with you. Records for work that becomes a project are handled separately as part of that project. For a deletion request, email andrew@innovate3d.co.
